Our roast pork is made using premium cuts of lean pork complemented with a secret blend of rustic herbs and spices slow cooked for hours until it simply falls apart into tender, succulent, and juicy chunks.

4 - 5 ounces will make a well-portioned sandwich on a football or medium kaiser roll

1 pound of roast pork will make 3 - 4 sandwiches

  1. Go to the Deli / Prepared Foods section of your market and order the quantity you need out of the refrigerated deli case.
  2. Pick-up crusty rolls, sharp provolone cheese, sweet and hot peppers.
  3. Re-heat the roast pork in a crock pot, catering tray, or stove top. Once heated, the juices will render.
